We currently ship to most countries of the world  

Delivery costs vary according to the destination and weight. All orders are sent Via An Post Registered Post. 

Ireland - starting from €7.00

Northern Ireland – starting from €7.00

Mainland Great Britain – starting from €18.00

Mainland Europe – starting from €18.00

If you wish to order from another country other than those listed above please contact info@noelleferris.ie for a quote for delivery costs.

Payment of shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order. If you need a quicker dispatch time please email info@noelleferris.ie and we shall do our best to accommodate this.  

Please also note Christmas / New Year Period there will be delays to this – Social media and site wide notice will provide details on last dispatch dates. 

 Duty/Tax Information on International Deliveries

Your order is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all products may be subject to customs duty or other taxes on importation into the country of the recipient.

This also applies to mainland Great Britain.

Noelle Ferris – Felt Artist  is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.

Estimated delivery times are as follows;

UK Delivery -3-5 working days 

Other countries  6-10  working days

Please note that these transit times may vary due to postal strikes, adverse weather conditions and the peak postal season in December.
