You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. 

Simply email hello@noelleferris.ie  To help assist us with this, please include your order reference number. 

When you make a purchase online you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day your purchase is delivered. During this cooling-off period you may cancel your order for any reason. 

Upon cancellation you must return your order within 14 days and you will be refunded the purchase price minus the delivery costs. Return postage is at your cost and you required to arrange the shipping. It is advised you use a trackable shipping service as it is not guaranteed we will receive your returned item.

In addition, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

It must also be in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or not. 

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
